Financial Leadership Program: Six-month rotations
The Financial Leadership Program is the single most important source of new financial talent for UTC. Through a carefully constructed four-cycle program, associates spend two years working in four different departments. This allows them to become well versed in the major functional areas of Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Operations and Finance.
Designed to help make the transition from the academic to the business world easier, this program builds on the skills acquired in college and gives recent graduates a solid foundation to launch their careers. Graduates of the program are recognized for their diverse experience and sought after accordingly.
