How does United Technologies assist associates who have out-of-state rotations?

"United Technologies assists associates who have rotations outside of Connecticut in many different ways. Fully furnished housing is provided, allowing associates to spend their time on becoming acquainted with the area and most importantly, becoming comfortable with the job rotation itself. Also, UTC covers any travel costs incurred during the relocation process. This relocation assistance takes a great amount of stress and pressure off of the associate. In addition, associates are still able to become part of a project team and contribute to meetings via conference calls. This benefit allows out-of-state associates to contribute to the Financial Leadership Program as much as any associate who is in a rotation in Connecticut."
