"The Financial Leadership Program exposes the associates to a diverse mix of corporate cultures, business environments, and various functional areas of finance. The associates have the unique opportunity to experience four different jobs in a two-year period, interact socially and professionally with senior executives, and build a strong network of relationships. The program is designed to invest in the personal and professional development of the associates by offering challenging rotations and many opportunities for leadership initiatives."
