"The Financial Leadership Program is an excellent introduction to such a large corporation. The program gave me the opportunity early in my career to experience different financial and accounting functions. Working in four different areas, I experienced different styles of management. After two years I knew which areas I wanted to learn more about and work off program. Fortunately, I was able to establish a solid relationship with senior executives, which helped me secure the off program assignment I wanted. The program does a great job of giving associates the opportunity to interact socially and professionally with senior leaders of the corporation.
