Students & New Graduates: Apply Here
UTC recruits from several schools across the nation. We may even be visiting your campus in the future. But you can get a head start on joining us, when you express your interest now. If your school is not listed below, please choose "Other". You may also use our Job Finder to apply directly to an open position.
Focus Schools
Each year, UTC college recruiting teams visit several focus schools. We conduct company presentations and attend campus career fairs where we get to know students and share our entry-level, internship and co-op opportunities. After reviewing resumes for the best-qualified undergraduate talent, we’ll return for onsite receptions and interviews at many of these focus schools:
- Cornell University
- Georgia Institute of Technology
- Howard University
- Massachusetts Institute of Technology
- North Carolina A&T State University
- Pennsylvania State University
- Purdue University
- Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
- University of Connecticut
- University of Illinois/Urbana-Champaign
- University of Michigan/Ann Arbor
- University of Puerto Rico
- Worcester Polytechnic Institute
You can also have an opportunity to meet with us at national conventions -- like SHPE, NSBE, SWE and other events -- particularly if you do not attend one of our focus schools. Your school’s career services office may also have UTC information available.
