As a key systems integrator, ISR Systems designs, develops, produces and supports products used around the world to explore space, keep the peace, plot the heavens, and protect the worlds armed forces. Individual filling this position will be the senior ISR Systems representative in the geographical region surrounding Warner Robins, AFB, GA.

The individual will manage a small office in the city of Warner Robins and oversee a team of systems engineers that support systems and software development and testing in USAF facilities on Warner Robins, AFB. The focus of these activities is to provide sustainment support and life cycle upgrades for the ground systems and software that accompany the sensor product lines fielded by ISR systems to the USAF. The position has responsibility for program leadership, commitment to program success, and building relationships with DoD customers while meeting all cost, schedule and technical requirements of the program.
Establishing and understanding risks and opportunities for the programs and executing respective plans are essential to program success. Supporting UTC Aerospace Systems (UTAS) sustainment and new program efforts in Warner Robbins, GA as a Program Manager and customer liaison with the following responsibilities:

- Participate in the development of program plans, schedules and budgets; track and report performance to these plans and budgets; manage and monitor progress.
- Preparation and presentation of comprehensive program reviews and status reports to UTAS and customer management.
- Risk assessment and management including identifying problems and concerns within the organization that impact, or have the potential to impact program performance.
- Oversight and responsibility of product material required to meet Program deliveries.
- Lead program teams providing guidance to all support areas including, engineering, purchasing, contracts, manufacturing and quality.
- May perform other tasks as required or assigned.
- 10-20% travel required.

4 Year Degree in Engineering / Business Administration or related field. 4 Year Degree in Engineering / Business Administration or related field.

- 7-10+ years direct work in PM/ Government Procurement capacity including all aspects of process development and execution-
- 7-10+ years Experience managing government contract execution-
- EVM experience is required
- 7-10+ years Experience drafting and submitting government proposals-
- Experience with ISR operations that involve employment of intelligence sensors and ground processors to collect and exploit intelligence data-
- Experience with USAF DCGS enterprise development and operation- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Ability to bring projects to a successful completion- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
- Government procurement experience is a must
- Experience interacting with customers over the phone and in person
- Must be able to set and continually manage project expectations with team members and the customer.

4 Year Degree in Engineering / Business Administration or related field.

Yrs. of Experience 10-15 years. Less than 10 years acceptable if applicant has at least 5+ years experience working with DCGS procurement as a Program Manager.

Industry Experience Aerospace preferred

Skill sets Able to obtain a TS security clearance Able to travel to US and International locations- Experience drafting and submitting government proposals and with the government procurement process? Expertise with estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals?

Candidate must be a US Citizen and must either hold a current
US DoD clearance or must be able to obtain and maintain a clearance.
