Responsibilities for a Fire Sprinkler/Alarm Service & Inspection Sales Representative include:
- Sales of Service and Inspection contracts throughout the Fairfield County/Western CT geographic area.
- Sell service maintenance and inspection contracts for fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems.
- Manage the process of moving major accounts through the sales process while simultaneously finding and closing short-term business in order to hit targets.
- Evaluate potential work sites in order to determine scope of work and estimate job life-cycle.
- Accurate and timely forecasting of sales.
- Territory planning and business plan development and execution.
- Process plans and permits with local authority.
- Prepare and forecast profit projections.

- Four year degree, or equivalent, or 4 years related industry experience preferred.
- NICET certification a plus

- Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and applicable codes.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience selling life safety systems.
- Understanding of fire sprinkler design, layout and estimating.
- Ability to read and understand building blueprints, wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office operating systems.
