The Nevada Elevator - Las Vegas branch has an opening for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will have responsibility for service and modernization sales, field operations, customer satisfaction, and general business management for this location. The selected candidate will be accountable for monitoring, managing and measuring all branch processes, providing direction to continuous improvement initiatives, and meeting or exceeding the business objectives. Accountable for budget, staffing, and/or operational/business results. In addition, the Branch Manager will lead and direct the performance of field operations for all maintenance and contractual services.

A bachelor(`9s degree in engineering or business is required with 10+ years of experience. An MBA is preferred with 7+ years of experience.


The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the elevator industry, strongleadership and team building skills, effective communication skills, and be an active leader in Otis safety and EH&S programs.
