How have you transitioned from school life to work life?

"During my junior and senior years, I was involved in several school activities. Aside from school work, these activities seized a lot of my time, and thus I was used to having heavy-loaded days; something that is very common in the workplace. In addition, during the last months of my senior year, I was already a member of UTC. Having worked as an intern/coop at Pratt & Whitney made the transition seamless since, I was already involved in the company culture. My PW manager was always very supportive in helping me get acquainted with UTC policies and procedures which helped me get a solid ground for what is to be my future within the company."
