What kind of career benefits have you gained from the Information Technology Leadership Program (ITLP)?

"As an ITLP associate, I have had the unique opportunity to rotate through three different business units within UTC. During these rotations, I learned about the different businesses, industries, and how IT and technology play a crucial role in helping the business meet its goals. My rotational experiences have given me a broad knowledge of IT and the necessary preparation to be successful within IT at UTC."
