"I was recruited to UTC at a NSBE convention and my experiences have been very exciting. I initially joined Sikorsky as a Reliability Engineer working on some of the best helicopters in the world. Then being a former NSBE officer, I put my leadership skills to the test, when I was accepted into the UTC Operations Leadership Program. In a matter of 2 years I have had 3 different operational assignments, each in a different UTC business and location."
"I was recruited by UTC as a Project Engineer from NSBE’s Convention 8 years ago. Since then I’ve had roles of increasing responsibility at 2 different UTC divisions. The size and breadth of companies under the UTC umbrella allow for continuous growth opportunities. Most recently, I have expanded my leadership experience by accepting a role as an operations supervisor."
